\n\nOn 31 July 2025, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), in collaboration with the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), hosted an online training session titled \u201cResponsible Conduct of Research (Basic RCR)\u201d. The session was led by Dr. De Ming Chau, Senior Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia and Member of the Governing Board of the World Conferences on Research Integrity Foundation (WCRI). The training was held via ZOOM from 9:00 to 12:00 hrs (Bangkok Time).\n\n\ud83d\udcccThe objectives of the training were to:\n– To promote knowledge and awareness of research integrity.\n– To promote the development of collaborative networks for advancing research integrity among domestic and international organizations.\n\n\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udd2cThe event was honored by the presence of Dr. Kanyawim Kirtikara, Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation, KMUTT, who delivered the welcome remarks and outlined the objectives of the session. Dr. Annicha Tokitklatawat, Senior Advisor for Research at NRCT, formally opened the event.\n\nThe training aimed to build a foundational understanding of research ethics among administrators, researchers, research assistants, and related personnel. The event attracted over 500 participants, participants including university executives, faculty, researchers, support staff, and students from across Thailand and beyond. The training covered core principles of research integrity, with a special emphasis on ethical research collaboration. \nThe speaker was outstanding, delivering an insightful presentation while actively engaging the audience to make the topic of Responsible Conduct of Research both accessible and thought-provoking.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
